Eric is originally from Texas and moved to the Seattle area over 10 years ago. Over the years he has honed his craft for providing exceptional client experiences. As a true “listener” he can understand and proactively anticipate the needs of his clients. He enjoys building trust up front and throughout the process. He starts by educating his clients about the listing and/or buying process and will clearly communicate throughout the transaction. Once a transaction is complete, he will continually keep you informed about your home investment and offer reminders regarding household maintenance. With over a decade of sales and marketing experience, combined with four years of real estate experience with the leading real estate company in the Northwest, you can count on him to help make your dreams a reality.
